  • Kind Attention All Users: We are happy to announce Enablement of Google Chrome Browser for E-Tendering. All new Tenders can be published by User Departments and bid for by suppliers using Chrome if emSigner is downloaded and installed. However, Suppliers bidding for Tenders published before 10th Nov 2017 will be redirected to use Only Internet Explorer 11 or Firefox Versions 47 to 51 only for Bid submission(TenderID marked in Red color) in their Supplier Dashboards.
  • Attention all Users: New PKI Component - emSigner(for Digital signing and Encryption) has gone LIVE.All users are requested to download and Install the eMSigner software.Installation Guide and Link is enabled under "Downloads" section on Home Page.
  • Kind Attention: All the User departments are requested to refund the Earnest Money Deposit of unsuccessful bidder after the completion of tender evaluation process and after the work awarded to L1 bidder. If User department does not refund the unsuccessful bidders EMD, they cannot float further tenders.
  • Kind Attention: New Bidders registering onto this platform are requested to ensure that their Digital signer Certificate USB Token contains both Sign-in and Encryption Certificates in either Class 2 or Class 3 Formats. Without Encryption Certificate, Final Bid submission is not permitted in this platform.
  • Kind Attention: Department users are requested to Close all the Awarded Tenders officially in the E-Procurement portal within 30 days from Date of Award of the Tenders in the System, Else System would not be able to permit Publishing of New Tenders.
